The devs use a tool of their own to test parameters like on a bench. all uncertainties has to multiply one with the other and will "certainly" not give you a certainty. There are to many variables and all are uncertain so is exactly like in that formula to find out how many extraterrestrial civilisations are. You can say 'you feel' based on your test that something is wrong but unless you test the same as the devs and you post your method so it can be reproduced by devs you can't be sure.

Not even watching live stream from TacView is reliable to be certain something is wrong.

Have you seen the first movie I posted where I show how you can shake the ailerons A LOT even in transonic speeds? Do you think that 1 degree matters?ĭo you test with all the parameters locked? Meaning you can actually input joystick controls digitally (quantifiable) and you can isolate other movements? Can you actually control your plane to be in the absolute same situation as that polish plane? Are you sure Dolphin has the same plane? How are you sure you measured that degree of aileron travel? You say you measured some decimals? Wait. people here say: "I feel the roll is insane" or "I feel the roll rate is too fast" or "I feel the maximum roll rate is attained too fast" etc. Then you said that you tested something that if you are not a dev to use special tools and you don't provide a description and a method is basically uncertain certainty. You could have read what I wrote in this thread and you could have seen that I said I can get used even with the big sensitivity it had before and which was due to how my FFB stick is working by design and also I posted a movie which can show the basic ability to fly this.

Are you offended if someone tells you are wrong?įirst thing is that you assume I "want planes nerfed to your personal preferences and lack of ability".

Download the PXN-2119 driver to support various key adjustments and keyboard mapping.

Would be curious to hear if the same problem is present there. There is no insult, I just told you directly that if you test "by eye" moving your stick and watching the screen you are wrong. 2.CompatibilityThe PXN 2119 wired game flight simulation joystick is compatible with flight games on the computer, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, X-plane 11/World of Warplanes/Ace Air Force, etc. I don't know about control pad, don't have a system to try it. I don't feel like mouse / keyboard is necessarily an advantage over joystick. I have tried playing mouse and keyboard, and have the same basic problem. Curious to see if anyone else brings it up or feels the same. That's really the one, big, control complaint I've got. Constantly under and over correcting to try to come out of a turn headed the right direction. But it's a big pain! I flew XvT and XWA for so many years, and was accustomed to being *completely* in control of where my ship was headed. It seems as though they made this harder on purpose, to make it more challenging and really set apart those who can "get a feel" for exactly how much they need to counter-steer, or something. Especially in a dogfight when I'm trying to turn, cut someone off, and fire. It's maddening that as maneuver to the heading I desire, and then bring my joystick back to center, the ship keeps pitching or yawing for another second. Over-steering / necessity of counter-steering! I think the developers did a great job overall, had some good ideas, and I actually think the default joystick is great for the most part (using Logitech Extreme 3d pro). I have issues with the controls, but not so wide-ranging as expressed here.
